Planning to travel

Here are my latest plans! Sabbatical Part 1 will be spent in Tanzania at 3 locations: 1. Arrive Dodoma (close to where I spent my 2005 sabbatical)   on 8th June to preach on the 9th and teach 40 students from 10-13th, working with the Baptist Convention of Tanzania and Pastor Training International. 2. Travel overland (LONG journey) to Mwanza on Lake Victoria on 14th June, preaching on 16th and teaching 40 students from 17th-20th. 3.  Travel to Ga'ara  on 21/22nd June (via Kilimanjaro (airport!) and Arusha), a small village in the middle of Tanzania to spend a week with our very good friends the Pughs - a second visit! Travel home on 29th/30th June. Sabbatical Part 2 will be spent travelling in Europe by car with Jan, with most of the time spent in the Balkans, especially Gjakova in Kosova . Baadaye

This was the last photo I posted on my previous sabbatical blog in 2012. The last word was Badaaye, Swahili for later. Well, this is later - 7 years later - and I will be returning to my beloved Tanzania yet again, as well as doing other travelling. The aim of this blog is to inform, encourage and inspire as I encounter the people and situations into which God will lead me. And if you're the praying sort, I would greatly value your prayers as well. Thank you for taking the time and interest to follow me.
